My Mission:
During my early teenage years, I began to struggle with depression, and not long after, I was diagnosed with anxiety. My mental health started to spiral and so did my physical health. It felt like both were slipping through my fingers at the same time. As I began following a treatment plan for my mental health, I also turned my attention to improving my physical well-being. That journey taught me something powerful: mental and physical health are deeply connected. Poor mental health can take a toll on your body, just as physical struggles can affect your mind. I experienced this firsthand. That realization inspired me to create “Thrive Together” an initiative dedicated to advocating for the importance of both mental and physical health. Because true healing happens when we care for both.
